Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products and services.

SECTION 6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize T is for Tot to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan selected.
Some subscription plans include a minimum commitment period in exchange for discounted pricing. Commitment terms are disclosed at checkout and on the subscription product page.
Subscription kits are processed on the 1st of each month and ship on or around the 10th of each month.
Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Cancellation requests must be completed before the monthly processing date to apply to the upcoming shipment. Failure to respond to a communication regarding cancellation does not constitute cancellation.
If a chargeback is initiated, all related charges must be resolved through the bank’s dispute process. We cannot issue refunds outside of an active chargeback.
SECTION 7. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and account information and to update it promptly as needed.
SECTION 8. OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools are provided as-is and as-available without warranties. We are not responsible for issues arising from their use.
