Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your T is for Tot experience. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all kits and boxes that have been processed or shipped are non-refundable. This includes subscription kits and one-time purchases.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Subscription Orders

Subscription charges are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Once a subscription kit has been processed or shipped, that month’s charge is non-refundable.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription shipment, changes or cancellations must be completed before the monthly processing date.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with next steps. Carrier confirmation may be required.
